Physical & mental preparation
Physical and Mental Preparation (PPM) is the fruit of over twenty years’ experience in physical preparation, mental preparation, high-intensity interval training, resistance training, mobility training, traditional martial arts and yoga.
By working thewhole body through a wide range of exercises of varying intensity and duration, the aim is to restore psycho-corporal balance, optimize the body as a whole and improve cardiovascular adaptation.
PPM adapts to your objectives (physical, sporting, professional, etc.).
It aims to :
- Exploration,optimization and, in many cases, rehabilitation of body structure
- Precise work on the postural system
- Setting up training routines
- Strengthening the musculoskeletal complex
- Improved mobility and motor skills, more efficient, less energy-consuming movements
- Re-appropriation of the diaphragm muscle and free, complete, conscious breathing
- Harmonizing relaxation and toning
- Better proprioception (body awareness)
- In-depth work on thecardiovascular system
- Targeted sheathing work (static contraction of deep abdominal and back muscles)
- Avoiding injuries and their recurrence
- Stress management, self-confidence, autonomy, motivation, adaptability (law of hormesis), resilience and more.
- Adaptability to extreme conditions: voluntary exposure to cold (EVF)

The exercises are designed for both men and women, and each will perform them according to his or her ability. It’s a personalized method aimed at people who want to become autonomous in reclaiming their body and physical condition.
