Welcome to this space dedicated to the research and practice of traditional martial arts. Passionate and a practitioner for 30 years, I’m determined to pass on what I feel is the most accurate, the most free of folklore.
These arts are at the service of the human being, and accompany you in your daily life in many different ways. As for physical and mental preparation, it adjusts, balances and aligns body and mind.

Frequently asked questions
I can only come to class every other day because of my job. Is that a problem?
In Wing Chun, everyone moves at their own pace, which poses no problem.
Can I take a trial class?
Yes, you can take a trial class, but it’s not free. The €20 we charge for this course means that, in a room where we welcome a maximum of 15 people, we can reserve places for those who are really motivated. They will then be deducted from your course registration.
Do I need to be in good physical condition to join your courses?
Yes and no. Good physical condition is not a prerequisite, and will be improved and optimized with practice. On the other hand, you must not have any pathologies that could be aggravated by martial arts practice or physical and mental preparation.
