Physical & mental preparation

Body Training is the fruit of twenty years’ experience in traditional martial arts, crossfit, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and yoga. This course is designed for both men and women, and each will perform the exercises according to his or her ability, the idea being to give as much as possible in each series. It’s a personalized method aimed at people who want to become autonomous in reclaiming their body and physical condition. Body training requires a commitment to oneself.

Réjane

I think it's very rare to have martial arts teaching of this quality in a village, just a stone's throw from home, and it's invaluable.

Léland

We're extremely lucky to have access to such high-quality teaching.

Julien

Philippe is a brilliant teacher, a super pedagogue, and has impressive knowledge and know-how. A huge thank you!

Guillaume

The transmission of Martial Arts is free from competition, and everything is put at the service of art and being. The experience transforms you on every level!

Frequently asked questions

I can only come to class every other day because of my job. Is that a problem?

In Wing Chun, everyone moves at their own pace, which poses no problem.

Can I take a trial class?

Yes, you can take a trial class, but it’s not free. The €20 we charge for this course means that, in a room where we welcome a maximum of 15 people, we can reserve places for those who are really motivated. They will then be deducted from your course registration.

Do I need to be in good physical condition to join your courses?

Yes and no. Good physical condition is not a prerequisite, and will be improved and optimized with practice. On the other hand, you must not have any pathologies that could be aggravated by martial arts practice or physical and mental preparation.
